Marketing Score has been completely reimagined from the ground up. We’ve simplified and updated the questions and categories, overhauled the design and user experience, and re-engineered the report to immediately provide greater value.
Unfortunately, with this update are some changes that will directly affect our agency partners. We put together the following FAQ to answer some of the anticipated questions. If you have additional questions, please don’t hesitate to email Keith Moehring (keith@pr2020.com).
To download an existing report, visit beta.themarketingscore.com/signin, and sign in using your user name and password. Once in your account, navigate to the “Report” screen using the button on the far right. From this page, use the “Print” button directly below “Report” to create a printable version of your report. Choose to save as a PDF or send to your printer. If you have access to a Company portal, click “Dashboard” at the top of the screen. From here you’ll be able to access the assessments of all company users, and export the data into a .csv file.
Unfortunately, there is no portal through which to access all of your client Marketing Score assessments. Instead, your clients will need to log in to Marketing Score to access their own reports. We can provide you a list of your registered clients who have taken Beta Marketing Score. This may take a week or two to compile.
The new Marketing Score result page features a number of PR 20/20-related assets, including content recommendations, templates and other tools. In addition, there is no way to share a user’s results with you. All data is saved and associated with cookies on the user’s browser. Finally, PR 20/20 has automation set up to reach out to Marketing Score users based on their ratings. There is potential for us to inadvertently market to your clients. That said, there are a number of resources and recommendations that may be beneficial when helping to plan and execute client marketing program.
On December 31, we will take the original Marketing Score offline. All data and files will be saved and archived on our internal servers, but you won’t be able to access the data after this date. We will send reminder emails leading up to December 31.

If you choose to, you can. The original assessment will continue to function as normal at beta.themarketingscore.com/signin until December 31. That said, anyone who goes to TheMarketingScore.com will see the new version with no way to create a new account on the original version.
