Since joining the agency as its first employee in March 2006, [Capadona-Schmitz](http://www.linkedin.com/in/christinacapadonaschmitz) has played an integral part in the agency's management and growth. As assistant vice president she assumes a more active role in directing agency operations, client services and professional development. She also will continue to function in her primary role as consultant and account manager for several of the agency’s top finance, insurance and real estate accounts. She is a 2004 graduate of Baldwin-Wallace College who is active in her community. [Miltner](http://www.linkedin.com/in/laurelmiltner) joined PR 20/20 as an associate consultant in August 2007, and now manages the agency’s largest international manufacturing client as well as a number of technology clients. She is a 2006 graduate of Baldwin-Wallace College, and is active with the Cleveland Social Media Club and Baldwin Wallace APART (Alumni and Parents Admission Recruitment Team).
